The Smart Factory by Deloitte is a 60,000 square foot immersive experience center on the Wichita State University Innovation Campus, created by Deloitte with Gensler, built around a fully operational nine-cell production line.
We built the interactive table at its center. The table is a real-time digital twin of the facility. Visitors and their Deloitte guide explore it together, moving through the building’s operation, opening up the systems behind each stage of production and a fun story of how a Snap Circuits Smart Rover gets made.
We engineered it in TouchDesigner as a single real-time application.
The guide never waits for the machine, the room never falls out of step, and the content stays editable long after opening day.
